Adrian Susmano

Mr. Susmano brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to CoView Capital. Over the past 20 years, he has focused his career on advising middle-market, privately held companies on M&A, capital raise, and strategic advisory transactions. Mr. Susmano has represented healthcare services companies across a wide range of sub-sectors including payors, post-acute care providers, behavioral health, ancillary services, and HCIT & technology-enabled services.

Prior to joining CoView, Mr. Susmano has held senior positions at leading investment banking and advisory firms, including KPMG, Fifth Third Bank, Coker Capital, Lehman Brothers, and Lazard. Mr. Susmano started his career as a consultant, helping healthcare clients to navigate significant strategic, operational, and technological initiatives. Mr. Susmano was also an equity research analyst where he followed publicly traded healthcare companies in the HCIT, PBM, and distribution sub-sectors. Throughout his career he has applied careful, fact-based analysis and used his deep relationships with financial sponsors and large corporations to help his clients maximize their value.

Mr. Susmano graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a BS in Industrial Engineering and completed his MBA program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
