Marketing

- Invite limited number of parties for senior management discussions
- Management presentations, and data room review
- Begin drafting agreements
Phase lll
Bidding and Buyer Selection

- Receive firm offers
- Develop negotiation strategy
- Negotiate agreements with lead party
- Complete due diligence
- Execute contracts
- Fulfill conditions to closing (regulatory, accounting, legal)
